How quickly can I expect to receive my order?

Order cut-off time for next day orders is Midnight (12AM).

Your order will be delivered on your chosen date and within your chosen timeslot (For example: Tuesday 8AM-10AM).

Please note: there are no deliveries on Mondays.

In which areas do you deliver?

We deliver in:

  • Metro Manila
  • Caloocan
  • Imus
  • Kawit
  • Novoleta

If your city is not listed above and you would like to place an order with us, kindly message us through Facebook and we will consider adding it.

What if I got the wrong product or the product is damaged or out of date?

If you have received wrong goods, then please inform us using Facebook Messenger. We will then replace said product(s) in a timely fashion.

If Damaged or Out of Date goods, then please send the following details to us using Facebook Messenger:

  1. A photo of said goods
  2. Your Name, Cellphone Number & Order Number


Is there a minimum or maximum order limit?

There is no minimum order amount. Maximum amount per order is ₱40,000.

Should I tip the delivery driver?

Giving tip to the delivery driver is not necessary or expected. However, if you feel we did an exceptional service, then please feel free. The delivery driver will personally get the full tip for him/herself.

What are the fees for using your service?

Delivery fee

The delivery fee is 49 + 14/Kilometer.

D'Freshly is based in Dona Manuela, Las Pinas. If you for example live in Moonwalk, Paranaque (5KM from D'Freshly) the delivery fee is:

₱49 + 5 x ₱14 = ₱119

Concierge fee

For picking, preparing, washing and packing your products, there is a Concierge fee of ₱38 per order.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept Cash On Delivery (COD)GCash, Online Banking Transfer (BDO), Credit & Debit Cards and PayPal.

When paying by GCash or Bank Transfer, please message us on Facebook Messenger, informing us of your order number and showing us a proof of transfer.
